EXPOSED! Amaechi claims ownership of recovered $43m in linked whatsapp chat with his aide

A linked whatsapp chat between Transport Minister, Rotimi Amaechi and his media aide, Mr. David Iyofor has revealed that Amaechi owns the controversial $43m which was recovered by EFCC in a luxury residence in Ikoyi, Lagos.
There have been controversies, accusations and counter-accusations over who owns the building as well as the huge amount of money.
Former Chairman of PDP, Mu’azu Adamu, Senator Solomon Adeola, Amaechi among other prominent Nigerians were linked to being owners of the money, buy they denied.
While the NIA has, however, reportedly claimed the money, Rivers State Governor, Wike said the money was part of funds looted by Ameachi when he was in government. Amaechi also denied it.
However, in the linked whatsapp chat, it was observed that Amaechi said NIA claim was meant to divert Nigerians’ attention from the hues and cries of “who owns the money.”
The linked whatsapp, Sahara Reporters understands followed another linked chat reportedly between Lere Olayinka, Ekiti Governor’s spokesman and former Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode.
